This is the next Generation in Competition Subwoofers from GEN X AUDIO the “Carbon Series”. This new and improved edition to the sell out O.G. Series Subwoofer, the “Carbon Series” has increased its power handling from the use of a bigger ferrite magnet structure which can take some abuse. This 18″ model handles up to 3500 Watts RMS and its upgraded 4″ Dual 1 Ohm 8 Layer Voice coils can handle more heat and give the customer more bass for longer periods of time. Newly designed Carbon Fibre cone for that seamless look and upgraded high roll foam surround, this subwoofer really has it all. Matched perfectly with impedance and power to run 1 off our GEN X AUDIO GNX3500.1D single .5 ohm monoblock amplifier, or if you want to run 2 of these 18″ subwoofers choose the GNX7500.1D dual .5 Ohm/1 Ohm strappable stable monoblock amplifier. Be sure to run this in a 6.5 to 8.5 Cubic ft Ported Enclosure for maximum performance.
