Delivery Information

Most orders received by us before 1pm NZ Time are shipped the same business day. If you received our order confirmation email Monday- Friday, before 1pm NZ Time, your order will probably be shipped the same day we received it. Orders received outside of these times will be shipped the following business day.

Any orders placed outside of business hours including weekends or during public holidays will be shipped the following working business day.

All orders paid by bank deposit will be processed and shipped the day funds clear in our bank account. This usually takes up to two working days.

 - South Island Delivery $15
 - South Island Rural Delivery $20
 

Note – these rates are a guideline, some specific items that are either heavy or large will incur extra freight fees which will be shown during the checkout process before completing the transaction – eg sub boxes, heavy subwoofers, multiple large items.

 - Local Inner Zone:  - A.M pickup - P.M delivery, P.M pickup - Overnight A.M delivery
 - Local Outer Zone:  - Overnight delivery
 - Zone 1:  - Overnight delivery
 - Zone 2  - Overnight delivery except Whangarei (2 days)
 - Zone 3:  - 2nd day delivery
 - Zone 4  - 3rd day delivery
 - Rural delivery allow 24-48 hours longer.

 

These time frames are estimates, and are based on indications given to us by our courier service providers. Rural and some residential areas may require an additional day(s) delivery time. All deliveries are sent with Toll.  All deliveries are signature required as proof of delivery. With proof of delivery your order is guaranteed and insured against loss, damage or theft.  If there is no-one available to sign for the delivery a call card will be left for you to contact Toll direct to organize either a second delivery or collect from Toll’s depot.

Rural delivery is an extra service and has an extra cost. Please ensure that you do specify in your shipping choice if your address is rural delivery. If you don't tell us you are rural delivery, we do not know to put the correct ticketing on your package and this can lead to a delay or failure to deliver.

Special delivery instructions can be provided in the comments section during checkout. Delivery instructions may or may not be followed by the courier. We are sorry that we cannot guarantee that instructions will be followed to the letter.
